Pale Purple Coneflower features dark green foliage with long slender leaves and blooms late spring into midsummer. As the name suggests its flower is pale purple in color with tassel like petals. This plant has very long roots in adaptation to drought, its roots can grow to over 5 feet long but can handle shallow soils.
